Open Question: DO YOU THINK WE WILL GET THIS SHORT SALE HOME?
Hi y’all and thanks for looking at my question.

My Husband and I are approved for 150k home loan. We found a house and WE LOVE IT! Its located 20 to 30 miles away from Seattle WA bye Bonney Lake WA. House out there are running from the low 200’s and up to ???. this home is defiantly a fixer upper with LOTS of space..

Here is the scoop:
the highest this home sold for was 179K in 2000

On Jan 7th We offer 145k (they were asking 150k) The sellers agent said that they will NOT Summit any offers to the bank until we are approve or denied but they de- listed and it says pending B.U request.

On Jan 22nd they lowers the price to 145K. *why and is this normal?* Does it make it look better for us?*

Now were just waiting for the bank but.. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. We found out that the seller only owes 169K on the house.

With all these numbers do you think we will get??? Whats the chances of us getting this home.???????????

They told me it can take up to 90 days but that will put us out of the dead line for the 8k but if i know for sure we will get it. I’m not worried about the 8K stimulus.(How ever it would be nice) but i don’t want to sit and wait to find out we don’t get it.

Open Question: my dog attacked canada goose for no reason. will he now get sick?
i was walking my dog near the lake not far from my house. In that lake lot of canada goose float on it. Some of the goose also walk on the ground nearby. They are harmless. My dog’s leash is long but i will get a shorter one now.

What happened is that a goose was standing on the grass and i was walking my dog near that area. When my dog saw the goose he jumped on it, and bit the goose neck and hit his paw on goose. I then pulled away my dog.

The goose was screaming in pain and the rest of goose flew away in fear. The goose’s neck was bleeding too and i think it needed medical help but i panicked myself and took my dog to the car and came back home.

Will my dog get sick now?

Having received at least $100 billion in tax payer bailout moneys already, the lending giants can’t seem to find stable ground.

Typically they buy mortgages from banks and bundle them for re-sale to investors who desire the yield indicated. Together, they own or guarantee almost 31 million home loans worth about $5.5 trillion, or about half of all mortgages, reports indicate. Add in the 100’s of billions of dollars in securitizations remaining to be included in their balance sheets and you can see just how bleak things are for tax payers.

With the added padding of the funny money policies of the Treasury’s newly introduced flexible financing formula, Fannie and Freddie now get more tax payer money founded on a formula which increases their assistance based on the amount of money the lose each quarter.
